I've recently passed my test first time with Monarch driving school after having other instructors with other schools that were just no good, Monarch's owner, Chelsea was so great with questions I had, and my instructor Karl was fantastic! He helped me pass my test in just a few months, well worth the money, you pass your test with so much knowledge and you come out of it a really safe driver, their pass plus programme is great and I thank Monarch for helping me achieve driving and helping me to pass my test quickly and safely. Monarch is reliable, excellent and charge a reasonable price, well worth it! Thank you to everyone at Monarch!!!

Passed my test today and honestly can not fault monarch i had such a nice instructor emma cottington who always put me at ease and explained things so clearly. I always looked forward to my lessons and i honestly couldn't of done it without emma she is a wonderful instructor and a credit to monarch. I would recommend monarch to anyone reasonably priced honest reliable and very down to earth x

Monarch driving school is an exceptional driving school and I would recommend them to anyone weather it be family or friends. I approached Chelsea wanting to pass and have my driving lessons over and done with rather quickly and she was straight onto it making our lessons flexible as I had other commitments and she made the lessons comfortable to and not too stressful. Great value for money too!

I have just passed first time after being taught by chelsea. The lessons were given in a relaxed yet highly productive manner and at the end of every lesson you went away feeling like you have learnt something which cannot be said about several other driving schools who simply tell you to drive from a to b without much help or guidance.
I cannot recommend monarch highly enough it will be money well spent!

I cannot recommended Monarch Driving School enough. I was finding at 26 not being able to drive such an inconvenience & what seemed to be a bugbear of my family/friends. I'd had driving lessons before but I thought I was destined to never drive; I didn't seem to gel with previous driving instructors/schools. I contacted Monarch (as I thought a change from male to a female instructor might help) & I was placed with Emma. She was fantastic, dispelled all my nerves & gave me confidence - Emma was a similar age to me & this seemed to help; rather than dread driving lessons as I had previously I looked forward to what felt like a weekly catch up with a friend. After 6 months I passed my test first time & am now 8 months since passing my test I totally rely on my licence & car & don't know how I managed all those years without!
